Purchase of Raw Materials

We purchase all raw materials from OEKO- TEX certified suppliers. Also we make the random testing in labs like SGS,ITS for 100% assurance of the raw meterials.

QA Responsibilities

It is the responsibility of QA to shape the products with quality. He performs regular checking in the printing factories, processing units and also in all the lines of factory productions . He has the authority to reject any kind of raw materials, prints, garments if he found non-compliants to the order.

Quality Objectives Training

We train each and every person in the factory for acheivement of 100% quality.

Final Internal Quality Checking

When the garments finally come out from the lines. Then We do initial, middle, and final checking by the well trained checkers. In this stage stains, stitching mistakes are rectified and the garments that cannot be rectified are rejected completely.

Final External Quality Checking (Third Party)

We offer for Third-party inspection on 100% of our garments and this is specially done by external QA s who are well-trained in finding out micro mistakes in each and every part of garments . also they check color variation and quality of prints carefully.
