Based on the order quantities, we place purchase order for the fabric and trims required for all the orders. Here too we see that all are purchased from OEKO-TEX certified suppliers. also we bring all fabric and trims inhouse before the production Begins in the line.
We make a complete check on all the quality parameters like fabric GSM, dimension stability to washing , color fastness to rubbing, washing. Also we make size sets in actual bulk fabric before the cutting is started. If the measurements and all the quality requirements meets the customers needs then We proceed with bulk production.
As soon as the production samples are approved we plan for the production in the lines. We calculate per day capacity and give final finishing date to the merchandisers.
We create good working atmosphere for the labour and also staffs. We provide them benefits like ESI and PF and regularly. We explain how to utilize the ESI hospitals for any type of illness caused to the working labour and also to the entire family.
We have inhouse lab facilities in which we calibrate all the needs of our customer and provide report to them periodically for all styles. We have instruments like crockmeter, pull test machine, needle -detectors and also washing/dryer machines to check shrinkage. We make sure that all the requirements of our customers are calibrated and found correct in the final delivered goods.
Weekly we make an internal audit for both human resource and also the standards We follow in the factory.
We also discuss many corrective / preventive action to follow to avoid the mistake found in internal audits.
